30-day returns
Unopened, unused packs may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Hygiene & safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used test stickers cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
Sip Aware carries a 6-month limited warranty against defects. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Email support@sipaware.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
None of the above affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
